We live 10 miles from Dartmouth, and my wife, Dana, has worked for Dartmouth for more than 30 years. We are part of the broader Dartmouth community. We see many of the Dartmouth students who are pictured here running on the roads near Hanover. I am a USATF certified official, and I officiated at Dartmouth for many years. I was Chief of Officials at Dartmouth in the late 1990s.
We know all the coaches at Dartmouth, and we know the program. When I go to a Brown meet, I take pictures first of Brown students. But, whenever I can, I also take pictures of Dartmouth students. I pass them on to Dartmouth's Sports Information Director, whom we have known since the 1970s, and she uses them as she sees fit. I put my pictures on the web for Dartmouth people to see.
